All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any tickets once they have been purchased, regardless of the reason. This includes, but is not limited to, illness, change of personal plans, transportation issues, or not being able to attend the event.

• Late Arrival Risk: This is a high-demand event with a strict capacity limit as set by the venue and for safety reasons. If you arrive after midnight, entry is subject to capacity and is not guaranteed. If the venue is at full capacity when you arrive, you will be denied entry and your ticket will be forfeited without a refund.
