All ticket purchases and event registrations are strictly non-refundable. Once your order is completed, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or credits, regardless of the circumstance.

Exceptions and Coverage

• Personal Circumstances: This no-refund policy applies to illness, family emergencies, changes in travel plans, scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend.
• Weather and Acts of Nature: No refunds will be provided if the event is impacted, delayed, or altered by severe weather, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control.
• Event Cancellation: If the event is entirely cancelled by the organizers without being rescheduled, a full refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method.
