If an event is rescheduled or relocated, purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date and/or venue.

Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled and is NOT RESCHEDULED or RELOCATED.

A venue change within approximately 30 miles or a 30-minute driving distance of the originally scheduled venue is considered a local venue change and does not qualify for a refund.

If an event is rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. Where offered by the organizer, tickets may also be transferred for use at another comparable event.

Changes to the event date, time, venue, lineup, or other event details do not automatically entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
